Per 5 mL Light kaolin 1 g, pectin 50 mg

Indications/Uses

Symptomatic treatment of GI condition associated w/ diarrhoea.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 15-45 mL. Childn 6-12 yr 10-20 mL. To be taken after each bowel movement or as directed. Max duration of 2 days.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Intestinal obstruction, spastic bowel condition.

Special Precautions

Not recommended for childn <6 yr.

Adverse Reactions

Very rarely, severe constipation which may lead to faecal impaction in childn & elderly.
